Heritage Church Master Plan
Overview
Recognizing the importance of thoughtful, long-term development, Heritage Church in Van Buren, Arkansas has embarked on creating a comprehensive master plan to guide the growth of its 32-acre campus. With input from church leadership and a detailed site survey, the planning process focused on several key priorities: renovation of the Kitchen and Fellowship Hall, a new Youth Activities Pavilion, a future Sanctuary, a Food Pantry and Clothes Closet, Senior Housing, and overall Site Beautification.
This Master Plan is designed to serve as a flexible framework for the next 10–20 years of physical development, shaping both vehicular and pedestrian circulation throughout the campus. It also defines strategic locations for future facilities that will serve the evolving needs of the Heritage Church congregation and the broader community.
Church leadership emphasized the desire for a campus that is not only highly functional but also visually inspiring. The design intent is to create a family-friendly environment that feels open, inviting, and engaging—particularly along Pointer Trail—fostering a sense of welcome, activity, and comfort for all who visit.
