Future School of Fort Smith Additions & Renovations

Overview

The Additions and Renovations to the Future School of Fort Smith were developed in response to the needs of a quickly growing and recently founded charter school. Located in Fort Smith’s Belle Grove Historic District the project was to match in appearance the existing historical facilities while meeting the needs of a ‘future school’ in an urban context.

The 18,000 square foot addition includes 16 new classrooms, new entry and reception, restrooms, and a one-of-a-kind artist mural. Other upgrades include new and renovated parking lots, a drop-off drive and canopy, new analytical security/monitoring systems, and renovations to the existing facilities.
