Sparks Inpatient Rehab

Overview

The Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation program provides evaluation and treatment for persons who have functional limitations resulting from illness or injury which prevent them from achieving maximum independence and community reintegration. The program is designed to promote the physical, psychological and emotional well being of persons served. The services provided in the program are coordinated and integrated to effectively and efficiently maximize the level of functional independence and successful community reintegration of each patient. Components of the unit are the following:

• 30 New Patient Suites
• A Community Reintegration Apartment
• Dining & Day Rooms
• Physical Therapy Gym
